The Cape will hold it's Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 6th beginning at 7:30 am and ending by 3:30 pm. The Cape HOA will put out directional signs and placards for anyone who contacts The Cape by email at CapeOffice@Cape-HOA.com or calls at 910-395-0081. Please let us know you are participating by telling us your address and we will make sure the public knows what direction to go to hit all the sales. Let's have a fun day!
